This cable is made to retain the waterproof barrel connector like used on your supplied cable in your Starlink Kit.

One end is 2.1 DC Barrel and other end is Direct to Battery.

Returned Direct to Battery cables are subject to a 15% restock fee.

Almost perfect

I'm installing a mini on a Dodge Durango - work vehicle - and the setup with the Mini-Voyager + quick release and this mini DC is almost there - but missing some items you could anticipate. 1) the quick release is not really quick - because you need an allen wrench. I ordered thumb screws to replace them and also a small lock which is put in a hold I drilled in the latch for security. 2) You need standoffs to lift the quick release up about 1/4-3/8 in to clear the welded nuts on the bottom of the latch. 3) The wire has no facility for local disconnect when run through a roof. You can unplug the mini, but then you'll have a pigtail flopping in the wind on the roof. I interrupted the mini dc power cable with an SAE 2-wire connector to a bulkhead on the roof which then ran to the power source. See Weatherproof SAE Quick Connect Solar Panel Flush Mount SAE Plug Adapter Cable on amazon. This kit would be complete with thumbscrews/lock, standoff's, flush mount bulkhead connector.

Return Policy

At Star-Mount Systems, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Star-Mount Systems reserves the right to asses warranties and returns on a case-by-case basis, to determine eligibility. Returns can be made only under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

Condition: Items must be in the same condition you received them: uninstalled or unused, unmodified, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

No Returns on Modified Equipment

All sales are final on dish cutting/modifying services, and we hold a strict no-return/no-refund policy on these products or services. Dishes are extensively tested for proper operation and signal before and after modification is performed, to ensure quality prior to shipping to the customer. Star-Mount Systems is not liable for damages or operational issues with any modified dish or dished modified by us after the unit has been shipped from our facility.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@star-mountsystems.com. After your return request is accepted, we will provide you detailed instructions on how to send back your package. Customers are responsible for costs in returning the product. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Returns shipping will be the buyers responsibility.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damage, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can assess the situation and make it right. This does not apply to dish modification services.

Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on certain types of items, such as:

Modified dishes, whether performed by Star-Mount Systems or otherwise
Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Returns for sale items and gift cards are also not accepted. Please contact us if you have questions regarding your specific item.

Exchanges

For the fastest service, we suggest returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.
