At Star-Mount Systems, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping) or store credit/exchange, for all Star-Mount Systems made products. Products sold but not manufactured by Star-Mount Systems are subject to a restocking fee. Star-Mount Systems reserves the right to asses warranties and returns on a case-by-case basis, to determine eligibility. Returns can be made only under the following conditions:
All sales are final on dish cutting/modifying services, and we hold a strict no-return/no-refund policy on these products or services. Dishes are extensively tested for proper operation and signal before and after modification is performed, to ensure quality prior to shipping to the customer. Star-Mount Systems is not liable for damages or operational issues with any modified dish or dished modified by us after the unit has been shipped from our facility.
STAR-MOUNT Systems is not responsible for any damage done to customers Starlink Dish, Routers, Power Supplies or cabling. This includes any damage during modification process, install process, or due to any natural elements due to weather. Customer must resume full responsibility for the modification process even if they purchase the Modification from us. STARLINK warranty will be void and any complications after modification is not STAR-MOUNT's responsibility and no compensation, refund or returns will be accepted if the STARLINK Dish had connectivity issues or stops functioning.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@star-mountsystems.com. After your return request is accepted, we will provide you detailed instructions on how to send back your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping will be the buyers responsibility and consumes full responsibility for the product until its returned to our facility . Once the returned product(s) are received and evaluated, refund for the returned product can be initiated. Shipping costs are not refunded. This includes the initial shipping of the product to the customer. This cost is consumed by the shipping companies for their services and can not be refunded.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damage, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can assess the situation and make it right. This does not apply to dish modification services.
If the customer initiates a return to sender or an address change for a package, they will be responsible for the return/address change shipping cost. This includes all failed/rejected delivery attempts.
We cannot accept returns on certain types of items, such as:
Starting January 1st 2026, all Sales are final for Gen2 All In One 12v and all other Gen2 Flat Mount products. No Returns or Refunds will be issued on this product. This mean any order placed on or after January 1st, 2026.
Store credit minus 20% will en accepted upon full inspection of the returned Gen2 All In One 12v and all other Gen2 Flat Mount Products.
Exchanges for a defective product that is found before install are accepted but only on the form of the same product.
Returns for sale items and gift cards are also not accepted. Please contact us if you have questions regarding your specific item.
For the fastest service, we suggest returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason, in line with our return conditions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you if the refund was approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
