It’s MINI TIME!
Introducing the All New Star-Mount Mini Explorer Mount!
This is our first of many products we will be introducing for the new Starlink Mini Dish!
This is a pre production unit and is shown in its raw material form but will be offered in both White and Black!
The Mini Explorer Mount is laser cut of Aluminum and fastened together with black coated stainless steel hardware! 🔩
Multiple power options include, direct to battery, cigarette lighter port, direct to USB-C port (not shown) and using the supplied power supply from Starlink.
Mount can be mounted direct to surface, with magnets or mini (but strong) suction cups! 💪 Kick Stand still functional with Magnets and Suction cups!

Upon receipt you could see the quality and strength of the vehicle mount. It was easy to put the Mini in and set up. I’d buy from Star Mount again.

Very strong earth magnets hold it on at 75mph!

I mounted my Starlink Mini on the roof of my truck using the Star-Mount Mini Explorer Mount with the magnets. It's been up there for a few weeks now. I locked it to the frame of my truck with a Masterlock rope lock. It works great! I love that I can move it as needed. I was at a job site last week and used the kickstand with it to get the best angle possible. It does pretty good most of the time when it's flat though.

I do a lot of work from home and when I travel. Husband loves road trips. I do not, but this will help tremendously :)

Majority of our products are built by hand, so we appreciate your patience as we process orders in the order they were received.

- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Please contact us for specific details.
PLEASE NOTE: Expedited shipping options DO NOT guarantee your order will ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering. If ANY portion of your order is on backorder, we will hold the shipment until we can fulfill the entire order. You may request to have partial shipment of your order for items in stock by reaching our customer service at info@star-mountsystems.com
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Star-Mount Systems is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Star-Mount Systems is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please refuse the shipment and/or contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Star-Mount Systems cannot assist with delivery changes and lost or delayed shipments once they have left our door. It is the responsibility of the carrier to provide customer support with delayed or lost shipments, and to assist with any delivery changes.

Return Policy
At Star-Mount Systems, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Condition: Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@star-mountsystems.com. After your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send back your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Non-returnable Items

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
For the fastest service, we suggest returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason, in line with our return conditions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you if the refund was approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
